Built from a passion for classic football management.

We spent our early manager careers hooked on classic, text-driven football management simulation games. Over the years, we grew increasingly frustrated with modern mobile models—the pay-to-play mechanics, artificial energy bars, and constant ad interruptions.

That frustration gave us the idea to build The Dugout Manager. We wanted to take things back to the core principles of those classic management games, built native to mobile: quick to pick up, deep to master, and free of pay-to-win tricks. A pure, in-depth management experience built by fans, for fans.
