Email info@thedugoutai.com and tell us what happened. Please include your device model (for example "iPhone 14"), your iOS or Android version, and the app version, which you can see in the app under Menu, then Settings. If something went wrong, a short description or a screenshot helps a lot.
Restore your purchase
If you bought the full game and it isn't showing as unlocked, open the app and tap Restore Purchases, either on the first screen or in Settings. Use the same Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android) that you bought with.
Your saves
Your career is saved on your device. If you delete the app or change phone, your saves are not backed up to our servers. On Android, signing in to Google Play Games can back them up to your Google account.
Refunds
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by Apple or Google. For an App Store purchase, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play's order history and refund help.
